In February 2024, we were made aware of Dr Zeira and his stem cell therapy by our friends Aiutami Boxer Rescue Italy. We got in touch with Dr Zeira and Merlot received his first donor stem cells on 29 March 2024 after extensive examinations including a full-body CT scan. After the stem cell injection, Merlot went to the hyperbaric chamber for an hour at "Zampe, Amore e Fisioterapia". We repeated the treatment in the Hyperbaric Chamber every week for 3 weeks.
On 27 May 2024, Merlot received the second injection of donor stem cells and another treatment in the hyperbaric chamber.
